This Taylormade PGA Championship staff bag is perfectly hand-signed in bold marker stacked on the main pocket by Jack Nicklaus, inscribed with his winning years 63, 71, 73, 75, 80; Gary Player, inscribed with 62 72 PGA Champ; and Rory McIlroy, inscribed with 2012, 2014. That’s a whopping 9 PGA Championship victories between the three of these greats.
Commemorative details for the 2024 PGA Championship produced Taylormade bag include a gold-toned badge on the upper accessory pocket inscribed AGED 45 YEARS marking the brand's anniversary, the text DERBY CITY embossed repeatedly around the base rim, and the time 1:59.40 embroidered on the top handle referencing the Kentucky Derby record. A single Kentucky red rose motif is embroidered on the front panel. James Spence Authentication has reviewed these signatures and a JSA ALOA will accompany this lot.
