Seven (7) Various Vintage Golf Club Handled Sterling Silver Spoons
A collection of novelty spoons featuring handles modeled as various golf clubs, including irons and putters. The group includes one large central spoon and several smaller spoons. The handles are constructed with decorative elements such as twisted shafts and clubheads with textured faces. The central large spoon bears British hallmarks for Barker Brothers of Birmingham, including the maker mark B&S, the lion passant, the anchor city mark, and the date letter e for 1929. This spoon also features a personalized engraving on the reverse of the bowl reading M.T.C. 1927. Other items in the collection are marked STG SILVER or EPNS in separate squares.
The items exhibit visible tarnish consistent with age and light surface wear. 54 grams.
