Tiger Woods Time-Period Signed 1997 Masters Center Embroidered Flag w/ Seve & 10 Champs - Framed
1997 flag, Tiger Woods' time-period signature, 12 Masters champs - oh my! Checking numerous boxes that are usually left open for even the most advanced flag collector is this lot. Photos that came after being described over the phone quickly proved it to be the real deal. Heightened access and intuition put this authentic 1997 Masters Champs flag together, adding Woods shortly after his golf-changing victory that year. Seve Ballesteros' full name signature was also added along with the black sharpie, sit-down quality formation scribes of Tom Watson, Fred Couples, Larry Mize, Nick Faldo, Ben Crenshaw, Jose Maria Olazabal, Mark O' Meara, Fuzzy Zoeller and Sandy Lyle. The ability to keep adding names for someone with access to tournaments is certainly there as well. For accuracy purposes only there are sharpie marks on the bottom edge and small amount of discoloration on center logo as depicted in the accompanying lot photos. Stone grey deluxe framing in keeping from the time, with the final champ signature winner in 1998. James Spence Authentication (JSA) has reviewed this signature and their auction letter of authenticity (ALOA) comes with this lot.
