Two 2001 Upper Deck Golf Premiere Edition Factory Sealed Hobby Boxes
This lot features two factory sealed hobby boxes from the inaugural 2001 Upper Deck Golf Premiere Edition release. This set is historically significant in the hobby for containing the definitive Tiger Woods True Rookie card. Each hobby box contains 24 packs with 5 cards per pack. The packaging guarantees one Tiger Woods Tiger39s Tales insert card in every pack.
The boxes prominently feature three images of Tiger Woods on the top face. According to the packaging the set includes rookie cards of top players such as Tiger Woods Sergio Garcia and David Duval. Potential high value hits include Player39s Ink signature cards odds 1:3000 Players Ink parallel signature cards numbered to 25 Tour Threads shirt cards 1:288 and Tour Gear Combo cards numbered to 50. Other insert sets listed are Stat Leaders 1:8 National Heroes 1:12 and Golf Gallery 1:24.
The boxes are enclosed in original Upper Deck branded shrink wrap. The side and back panels contain detailed legal text licensing information and stated odds.
