Vijay Singh 1998 Scotty Cameron Teryllium TeI3 Newport PGA Championship Victory Limited Edition Putter
A limited edition Scotty Cameron for Titleist Teryllium (TeI3) Newport putter, produced to commemorate the 80th PGA Championship victory in 1998. This specific example is numbered 174 of a limited production run of only 271 units, a quantity selected to honor Vijay Singh's winning four-day total score of 271 at Sahalee Country Club. The putter head features a Teryllium copper alloy face insert integrated with a vibration-dampening elastomer system, visible as a pattern of 32 white dots on the back of the cavity. The head possesses a misted silver-tone finish and is mounted on a chrome shaft. 34"
The sole is engraved with the inscriptions 1998 PGA Championship Victory and No. 174 OF 271 MADE, as well as an illustration of the Wanamaker Trophy inscribed with 80TH on the cup. Identifying marks include CAMERON stamped vertically on the face heel, Te I3 on the face toe, and TITLEIST stamped vertically on the back of the hosel. The putter is equipped with a black textured Titleist Crown grip and includes the original black leather-style Scotty Cameron/Titleist headcover featuring an embroidered American flag motif.
