Vintage Boxed Clock Golf Garden Game Set
A vintage outdoor garden game set for Clock Golf. The set consists of multiple circular sheet metal markers, each featuring a large black painted numeral from 1 through 12. Each marker is designed with two integral triangular tabs bent backward at the top and bottom to serve as lawn spikes for securing the discs into the grass. The markers feature a cream-colored painted finish on the face, while the reverse sides show the natural dark grey finish of the metal. The set is housed in its original square brown cardboard box with a separate lid. The lid bears a green and white lithographed paper label at the center. The label features a rectangular border and depicts an outdoor scene with several individuals in early 20th-century attire, including flat caps and knickerbockers, playing golf on a lawn. The stylized text on the upper right of the label reads CLOCK GOLF. A single white six-sided die with black pips is included.
