This offering contains a Vintage Art-Kote Sweaters by Imperial Knitting Co., Milwaukee, Wis. Complete Box. Product packaging, and specifically box top, artwork across many industries and products was held in high importance during the turn of the century and the decades following. Box tops were often full of life, great detail, color and told a story about the product, even if it wasn't even directly related to it. This example features a psychedelic color schemed golf scene with a lady golfer looking on as a male golfer places his ball on the tee. his caddie, as well as another golfer and theirs are seen on either side of the couple. Pinks, Oranges and yellows are used throughout, culminating in an eye-catching composition. It is in good complete condition and exhibits some aging. there is pencil marking on the box bottom's reverse. 10 1/2" x 6 1/4" x 3 1/2"
