A Two-Piece Malcolm DeMille Inc. Gary Player 2008 Nedbank Golf Challenge Personalized Memorabilia Set
This set comprises a money clip and a luggage tag, both commemorative of the 2008 Nedbank Golf Challenge held at Sun City and personalized for professional golfer Gary Player. The money clip is constructed of multi-tone metal and is housed within a black leatherette presentation box with a black velvet-lined interior. The face of the clip features a central circular medallion with a textured background, inscribed with the words NEDBANK and GOLF CHALLENGE. The center of the medallion contains a Sun City logo with a golf ball and a star. A raised banner at the top is embossed with 2008, while a lower banner is engraved with the name Gary Player. The reverse of the money clip features a spring-tension mechanism and bears a stamped mark reading MALCOLM DE MILLE INC. and PAT. PEND. The luggage tag is crafted from dark green textured leather with a matching buckled strap. The front of the tag features an inset brass-toned nameplate engraved with the name GARY PLAYER, and the leather is embossed with the date 2008. The reverse side of the leather tag is debossed with a logo depicting three leaves on a stem. No measurements were provided for these items.
