One page three paragraph hand written letter of regret in response to inquiry to play in a 1970 Pro-Am. The veteran PGA pro penned this letter in blue ink signing off with "Sincerely Art" with a "9/10"strength autograph. The letter which remains in near mint condition with the exception of standard mailing folds was penned on his personal home address of Pennsylvania stationery.
