Ballnamic Putter by Karsten Scottsdale 1963 or 1964 w/Letter of Provenance from Solheim.
Great B-67 Ball namic putter, custom made for Don Butzin. Don met Karsten in 1963 or 64 and was invited to Karsten's home and garage for a special evening where Karsten handmade a B-67 putter and a set of Ping 68 Irons. Here we have the original B67 with a letter from Solheim's son Allan. For his historic work in club design, and the difference he made in the golf industry Karsten Solheim was inducted into the World Golf Hall of Fame. This putter represents one of his early works.
Session 1: Lots 1-500 will end on 4/11/13 and Session 2 Lots 500+ will end on 4/14/13 with extended bidding to start at 9:00 PM EST for both sessions. In order to bid in extended bidding you must place a bid on the lot before 9pm on auction closing day.
