This octavo volume is a limited Golden Anniversary Grand Slam edition of The Bobby Jones Story, published by Old Golf Shop, Inc., Cincinnati, Ohio, in 1980. The book is bound in brown grained leather with a spine featuring four raised bands, gilt-stamped title lettering, and a golf flag motif. The front board is decorated with a rectangular cream-colored inset label featuring a printed illustration of Bobby Jones standing behind four trophies, signed Floyd Berg in the plate. The title page reads THE Bobby Jones STORY from the writings of O. B. KEELER by GRANTLAND RICE OLD GOLF SHOP, INC. CINCINNATI, OHIO 1980. A dedication page is inscribed to Eleanor Keeler. The limitation page contains a printed statement reading THIS IS A LIMITED EDITION OF -300- COPIES OF WHICH THIS IS 90-, with the numerals handwritten in black ink. The interior is illustrated throughout with numerous black and white photographic plates depicting Bobby Jones at various career milestones, including the 1925 National Open and his first British Open Championship, as well as images of golfers Joyce Wethered and Walter Hagen.
