This instructional golf manual, titled All-About Golf: How to Improve Your Game, was written by Bert Seymour, winner of the 1921 News of the World Tournament and the 1922 Essex Championship Cup. The volume was published by Ward, Lock & Co., Limited of London and Melbourne and printed by Butler & Tanner Ltd. in Frome and London. It is an octavo-sized book bound in the publisher's original green cloth, featuring black stamped titles and a decorative golf vignette on the front cover. The work is illustrated with a frontispiece titled Top of Swing and 32 additional action-photographs (totaling 33), alongside numerous instructional diagrams. The text is divided into two sections: Part I, Preparation, and Part II, Practical Instruction, which includes detailed chapters on vintage clubs such as the cleek, mashie, mashie-niblick, and niblick. The rear of the volume contains several pages of contemporary advertisements for Ward, Lock & Co.'s Holiday Guides.
