(3) Billy Casper Signed Golf Goods & Training Aids w/ SwingGroover and Cart Caddy in Advertising Boxes - Rare
A collection of three vintage golf training aids and accessories signed by Hall of Fame professional golfer Billy Casper. The first item is a Billy Casper Deluxe Golfer39s Cart Caddy model BC 31. This goldtoned metal accessory is designed to attach to a golf cart for organization. It features a builtin mechanical scorekeeper dial and storage compartments for four golf balls cigarettes a green marker a pencil and tees. The caddy is accompanied by five red plastic tees a small red pencil and a silvertoned metal ball marker. The original packaging identifies the manufacturer as MampR a division of Sportstron Inc. and is marked Japan. The second item is a Billy Casper39s SwingGroover training device contained in its original green storage box. This lot includes a detailed instruction pamphlet titled Billy Casper39s SwingGroover and two metal screweye mounting hooks. The manual provides directions and height charts for using the device with both woods and irons. The packaging indicates the item was made in the USA. The third item is a set of twelve Billy Casper Practice Golf Balls model BC 12. These are white dimpled plastic balls intended for indoor or outdoor practice. They are held in their original clear plastic bag with a cardboard header card. The header card is printed with Billy Casper MampR Sales Corporation and Made in Hong Kong. James Spence Authentication (JSA) has reviewed this signature and their auction letter of authenticity (ALOA) comes with this lot.
