c.1920 North British Rubber Co Falcon Golf Ball Box w/ 2 Sealed Falcon Golf Balls Within
The North British Rubber Co. of Edinburgh
manufactured the Falcon line of golf balls. They
produced them alongside their other bird-themed
balls like the Eagle, Kite, and Springvale Hawk.
The collectability of this box is sky high with an
amazing graphic of a Falcon to the front and to the
underside of the lid.
Amazingly, the box still contains two sealed Falcon
Golf balls. They have a paper seal with an image
of a falcon holding a golf ball in its’ talons.
We were able to carefully peek under the wrapping
on one of them and see a white mesh ball within.
There is a printed label on the inside of the box that
states “Note. In the event of any complaint
regarding this package please quote ( written in
pencil) “No. 064/04/20 23”
This box is uncommon and scarce and the two
original wrapped balls within make it highly
desirable and a rare find.
